  You think so? I have a nice outsource team using odesk. Of course I use them outside of odesk now, but they are reasonable and do great work. Using someone in the US you're looking at $100+/hr.. if you're lucky you might get someone good at 50 an hour. Some of these guys in other countries are phenomenal at affordable prices.
