I am looking for a standard form of contract that I can get my local clients to sign, which will basically protect me not them - if they don't like me they can just walk away.

    Why not type out something like this on a page titled: CONTRACT FOR SERVICES

    I would use those legal agreements, ie contracts from few of the WSO's offered here on WF, about offline marketing. They are very detailed and you can easily make changes on them to get exactly what you need and plan to offer.
