When you receive the file it will be a 300 DPI High res file suite for commercial printing with a UV Coat, you just have to make sure you chose that option with your printer when ordering.
The price I quoted to you will cover the full design front and back and ready for print.

Will be posting here less as I have joined the forum. There was a small re-opening of the wso (not sure if still open) and joined purely for the forum. Quite a number are starting to progress well there. About 200 members and around 40 regular contributors.

Its a 3 step strategy and its scalable to any degree you want. But the more you scale it the more you will have to invest in the post office. I have lots of people mad at me because I've promised this information like a week ago and wound up getting blasted with so many pms right around the holidays that I just haven't had the time to finish the 3rd step.

Step 2 - All about scaling it up. Its more a money/numbers game here. You are paying $60 I believe in most states for this part but you are getting 6 months of free warm leads in whatever area of the state you employ this method. I do a lot of math here that shows people WHY this is so incredibly powerful and WHY if you plan on getting into this business you ABSOLUTELY NEED to be doing this. I started doing this in other towns before I even implemented this biz it was the FIRST thing I realized I had to do w/out Bob mentioning a word about it. And byfar the biggest reason I will be able to keep this business successful down the road. You HAVE TO INVEST in your warm leads. They WILL PAY you back enormously.

Step 3 - How it all comes together in a simple email. Very short, professional and to the point. This email does 2 very specific things and there IS some brief research people will absolutely need to do on their parts. I collect information from the business before I decide to market to them. Depending on the information I get I will either respond with my research or I won't. But if I DO respond, I KNOW I'm getting through that front door and very likely selling a spot.

What the method really does is just eliminate every bit of resistance anyone can possibly face in trying to sell spots to business's. Can't find leads? This will show you how to get thousands all around your entire state (from people who have already paid for the exact service you're offering). It will show you how to USE those leads. And most of all how to convert them.

To first get your D.B.A business name...you have to go to your Secretary Of The State Office (for my area and what they don't outright tell you...is that after a full year of business, they demand $250 whether your business made money...or didn't..even if you went out of business in that time frame. They STILL want their $250! and for every month you don't pay...you get penalized...so make sure you ask about the cost so you'll know up front!)

You also have to register your business with the State Dept Of Revenue Office (but you are not charged if you shut down your business and or don't make any income)

P.S--Make sure you register with both because they work together in tandem and if you register with one and not the other....it won't be pretty! Just so you know...

You may have to get a Federal E.I.N number from the I.R.S :rolleyes: The government gotta get theirs, you know!

You also have to register with your city or town because they want to know who's doing business, what kind of business and how you plan to run it (usually if it's not a commercial business with foot traffic, they don't hassle you too much) so they'll know what taxes, licenses, inspections and fee's to assess you and your business with!

Okay...and now off to the bank for that business account!

First I checked out the costings. Royal mail were far too expensive. I went to a company one of my networking contacts referred me to. Royal mail wanted £2k to run ten thousand A4 fliers in postcodes of my choosing. The company I met with charge £500 for the same amount. They also do the printing. The street name is searched on Google over 20 thousand times a month on 'Low' competition rating. The street is quite a few miles long and would take some time to walk the full length.
I set up the webpage for the flier, explaining what customers get.

I had a unique spin to the idea. Customers got:

- Flier sent out to 10,000 local homes with their promotion and cut out coupon.
- Custom QR code on the coupon that linked to....
- Mobile landing page with the promotion that also offered an opt in for database building. Meaning the old school can cut out the coupon and the tech savvy can scan the code and show their phone to the staff for the promotion.
- Database listing on the website that I will rank number one for the street name.

I avoided the big guns like Starbucks/Subway etc as they obviously run their own promotions and probably don't have the authority to run separate local fliers/websites.

Armed with a sample landing page on my phone I hit the streets. I walked for 3 hours, going into every store. I explained that I was a local business owner and have begun a project called "we love <street name>" which is a vehicle designed to get the businesses of <street name> more exposure and more customers.

I spoke to one business owner the whole time, which was the second biggest business on the street. He said that the price (£500) was every reasonable and he would be very interested. I was to send over the details to get things moving.
The rest of the time was spent speaking to managers because the owners weren't in. Every manager I spoke to that told me they were interested (about 18) gave me the owners personal emails.

So for 3 hours and several businesses later I got one sign up. The other emails....I'm going to record a personal video for each individual email explaining who I am, who I spoke to in their shop that day and go over the offer. I'll also add pictures and text to the email just in case they read it on their phone and can't watch the video.
