I guess if you don't want to improve your customer service you can just have your customers sign away their right to complain.

      Fed up, Lee wrote negative reviews about Makhnevich and her practice on Yelp and DoctorBase.
      She then sent Lee an invoice for $100 for each day the criticism remained online.

    Wow, trying to create contracts where people can't complain is crazy.

    This is why the reputation management is taking off like a bat out of hell. Huge demand recently with professionals (yelp, etc.) with lots of money to spend and little help from the law.
