Offline management software help please

Hello People,

Just start my offline business and have about 5-6 new clients a load of prospects etc I need some way of keeping track of who I have spoken to when to call back etc when to do work etc I have basecap already but i need soemthing for my prospects and cold calls? I

Is there any software out there?

    Sounds like a job for Excel to be honest. Keeping a list of prospect details shouldn't be too loaded because of the rate they'll come and go from your list.

    Try zoho. Sounds like you need their crm system. It's free for the first 3 users I think.

    There's a load of different CRM software companies that have varying complex systems uncluding ones that let me tracks thousands of leads via 1,000's of sales people. I like salesforce but it's not the cheapest and maybe a bit ott for what you require!

    I find that whenever I start getting into CRM, I get distracted and just want to optimize every part of my CRM.

    Productivity-wise Excel or Access have always been best for me.
    CTRL+F or sorting by column is everything you'll ever need pretty much.
