Who Do You Recommend To Outsource WP Websites for Local Businesses

I have been looking in WF and only have found a handful of people who create WP websites specifically for the offline market and haven't been impressed with what I've seen.

Most offering website design services focus on the really hyped IM sites and I'm looking for someone to create WP sites for attorneys, doctors, chiropractors, roofers, etc.

There is a definite difference in the design and layout of these type sites.

Can anyone recommend someone that actually makes sites for the offline market that I can outsource to?

I think looking on odesk is beter for your needs it looks like you need more a Virtual Assistant. Also if you know how to make them you can hire people from ph and teach them how to make them they will work for you at very cheap rates.

Create a master project document specifying exactly what you want, Wordpress or Drupal, what plugins you want installed, etc.

When you get a new client, change whatever you need to on the master document and then submit that for bids on oDesk. Tons of qualified workers there to handle it.

And some advice from experience... get all the content your client wants on the site beforehand. Whether they're writing it, you're writing it or you are getting a writer to do it, don't start anything else until that content is written and approved. Makes things go much quicker and easier IMO.

You might also try Fiverr with the same document, but there are too many jokers to wade through over there if you ask me.

Looks like you might have done this before.

Thanks for the detailed wisdom you shared here. I think you may have just saved me some frustration with this.
