No, I know better than send money over the internet to anyone who doesn't have a traceable identity.

AP was the last character iteration of the person who comes in with a strong bluster, using nearly the same kind of language patterns. Mostly quoting a bunch of Jay Abraham and other management types like Tom Peters. Whipping people into a frenzy, tossing out a program in the midst of the hype, and then disappearing with their cash.

Internet 101... don't send money to people unless you have a verifiable, traceable business address and location of the person in question.

Yet it seems that people on Warrior Forum are so smart, they'll send hundreds of dollars via PayPal to people who only represent themselves with forum monikers.

    Go figure.

Local / "Evie" was outed as being a scam artist on WF. She was charging people a ridiculously high amount of money for a WordPress theme and then ended up withdrawing additional funds from people's accounts without authorization.

I know there is a group of Warrior's who are in the process of starting a lawsuit on Tony & Yolanda (who were revealed to be the scam artists behind the Local account).

Here is the thread where myself and another Warrior outed Evie as being a fraud: http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...month-2-a.html

Here is a thread that talks more about what happened: http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...yolanda-b.html

There are lots of people who give really good advice here on WF, but unfortunately there are people who come in and give good sounding advice to a newbie, but any experienced marketer can see they are full of BS. On the bright side, there are plenty of Warriors who speak up when they see somebody who appears to be setting up a scam. As a community it is our job to keep this place free of these scam artists.

Wow, I just got finished reading the thread Ben posted. I wish I were smarter. I, too, had read a bunch of Evies stuff and thought that she was doing amazing stuff and racking up dollars. I wasn't smart enough to see that the numbers didn't add up right. I hope they get what's coming to them.

I didn't purchase whatever the WSO was that they 'Evie' did but I did sign up with CheckComposer.com, the payment service that 'Evie' was recommending. Does anyone know if that is a scam as well? I haven't noticed any extra funds taken out of my account, I did get the check stock as ordered, etc. but now I'm left wondering...

Probably alot of people have heard from evie...the one known as evie is probably still lurking both my forum and this one...this person is too far into the game to give it up for a little bust here and there. Its obvious, there is no way they can stop themselves.

Its probably only sad to "us", their mind they think "we" are the ones missing the boat and are all too naive to understand how its supposed to be played... They would never understand that "No, its just that we actually have a few morals about this".

Morals are for the naive is what I was once told. I think this person has ALOT of identities around here personally.

On another note, it makes you feel good , the polarity, to realize that you would never stoop that low, to the place where morals are only for ignorant simpletons.
