Offline Clients..

My first post guys and gals, just a way I get off liners with out much effort..


I make 80 % of my income from offline sources...

There are hard ways to get clients. trolling CL, etc..

There are easy ways to get them..

Let's do an easy way....

Let's create a local directory! "Localcity.com or relative"

It does not need to be really ranked, just needs to be online.

Let's call the local biz and ask them if they would like to be listed for free!

98% of the time they say yes...

after a brief talk, and I smell they are a hard sell, I state that I need their email and biz info.. " otherwise I sell them for a service"

I send them to my optin.

They agree and sign up to my email list.

"SEE WHERE IM GOING?"

I do an optin list of like 6/8...

I send 6 great articles, on the 7/8th, I send an offer...

Usually they are calling me "the ones that are going to call"
in about 4-6..

By this time I usually have someone signed up...

This is simple math...

Establish yourself as an expert, you have a local site, then market them on your free directory....

I do have to consult at times for free, but I usually get the gig in the end.
