Marketing resources for dentists

Hey guys... I've come to the realization that in my city of 250k dentistry is still not a very competitive market at all which is obviously exciting. I've got the site built and it is ranking quickly. My aim is to rent it out for some where between 1000-2000 per month. However I would like to learn of other methods to add value to my marketing services in this niche. Does anyone have any resources or information to share regarding marketing for dentistry?

    If you are trying to get dentists to rent out, you could always create a directory out of it. Sell advertising on the site ("premier listing is $x vs free regular ads) as opposed to one dentist. If you do that you can then have a model to scale up into other niches. That way you can have all the different specialties (dentist, orthodontics, xray etc.) paying to be the #1 for that thing. May be able to make more money if you can keep the site at top.
