Thanks George I am glad you like the report. if you can get your client to create the QR code or what I do it create one for them then it becomes even easier.

I have a dentist in new York who just put up a notice with a QR code in his surgery waiting room and he now gets an average 5 reviews per week, the best thing is they come direct to my email box ready to post.

Since I'm a newbie - albeit an "old newbie" - I gotta ask:

Since it's free, I assume this is not a text-messaging service, right?

It's just a way of getting reviews from customers of businesses that you have as your IM clients, so you can then post them reviews on different sites for them ... is that it?

That's correct it's not a sms service but a free service to get reviews from your offline clients direct to your email box via a text message.

Thanks for the report, this is a great idea. You could also do this using Twilio openvbx and subscribe the number to a mobile list when they submit their review. So you could offer a nice coupon in exchange for leaving a review. After the review comes in, a reply SMS is sent to the customer, then the review is sent on to the business owner's cell phone via text message. Its not free like this Google method, but would kill many birds with one stone too.
