Considering using them in a 'reseller' sense, to get their CRM interface, etc.

They will install CRM on my site, do all reports, ranking updates, backlinking reports, etc.

Their prices are good.

So basically, anyone been a reseller with them?

Keep in mind I'm talking about using them for my entire web marketing firm, so looking feedback in that sense, not just someone who toiled with them for a week.
