OFFLINE MARKETING

I have been looking for commission based telemarketers, but am having a hard time. Any suggestions on where to look?

I have a post on the classifieds here and the the telemarketing forum. I think I will post on odesk next.

Any other ideas?

oDesk is probably not the best idea for commissioned based only type of jobs. However, if you do find a good resource, let me know!

Not sure what you are asking, are you asking for a help desk that takes commission from your sales instead of a monthly fee or cost per minute or something?

Commission based is very hard to find. They should have basic salary.

  I never will give a base salary, too much money spent on just finding out if they can handle the job or not. Commission only, you get real professionals in my opinion.

Commission- based telemarketing services are really difficult to find nowadays. One of your option is to look for a telemarketing services provider that can give you guaranteed results such as number of calls and number of leads per day, week or month. In such way you will get your money's worth.

Sounds good. What do you think a good rate would be per 100 calls? In other words, your opinion on how many hours would it take to outsource 100 calls per day.

  That's very hard to find out what you are looking for. But I am not sure why you are looking for commission based call center job, It would be very mush risky. You have few change to go ahead with it. However, you can check out outsourcing site like odesk, freelancer etc. good luck.
