User Agreements?
I am interested in starting a "digital media firm" with the stronghold of it selling mobile websites.
I pretty much of most things figured out except how to get the clientto agree to the terms of the agreement.
If I have telemarketers call to act as one call closers and therefore producing sales, how do I define the terms of the agreement with the clients?
Do I have the salesman make the sale and then send an email stating... "Due to your intent and initial payment you have agreed to the following terms..."
Would that hold up?
Or Could I just have the salesman say something on the phone and b/c it's recorded that would be safe as well?
If anyone could shed some light on this it would be awesome.
I am trying to make it so that ideally the salesman can close over the phone but limit the uncertainty that the client is unaware of the terms.
