How do you keep your leads organized?

OFFLINE MARKETING

I cold call so pages and pages of print outs with notes all over them I already got to the point where I'm going to need to get organized so I don't call the same people that already said no to me.

Any ideas or what do you do to prevent this?

Transfer your notes to a spreadsheet or a free crm like Free CRM: FreeCRM.com provider of free and secure, web based customer relationship management software right away. If you use an Excel spreadsheet, you can use conditional formatting to change colors and indicate actions you should take, or statuses.

I use Highrise

Highrise: Small Business CRM, Web-Based Contact Manager

Absolutely love it and don't know how I ever kept anything organized with out it. They have a solo user plan for $29 a month.

Plus its made by 37signals, which is a freaking awesome company

SugarCRM Community Edition. It's open source, widely supported by a huge community, highly customizable and free

I also have done some pretty cool stuff with integrating tracked lead forms and phone numbers with Sugar.

I can tell exactly where every sale originated 100% of the time

We customized VTiger, an Open source CRM built off of SugarCRM, however if you don't want to mess with code or having to upload to server & configuration you can check out ZOHOCrm. It's Free for up to 3 users.
