hey this is michelle i just purchased a software for creating yahoo accounts called ya creator from 5ksoft.com.i am very disappointed after buying neither its working properly nor i am getting any support from these people.i mailed them several times but i am highly disappointed they are not even refunding my payment.please help me what to do........

Well I don't know what the software does or is supposed to do and I never heard of that company, but did they offer any kind of money back guarantee?

If you paid via Paypal, you may be able to use their resolution center to get a refund, but I'm not sure how well that works with downloaded or purchased software.
