Hello,
As I start to now get new clients coming in I face new challenges staying organized and getting things done in timely manner. If you would share whats the best ways people are going about asking all the questions that often takes several phone calls or emails. Like whats your business about ? What content do you have or want created for your new site and what pictures or information that helps me get your site customized etc...

    Good questioning skills are key to selling. It takes time to develop them.

    Have a checklist of questions to ask your clients or prospects. Don't wing it: make sure it's consistent. You could do this in Excel if you don't want to use paper.

    Keep your system straightforward, and use it.

    Using a CRM can be hugely beneficial. all your client data is in one place, email conversations are tracked, phone conversation notes are stored, and you can set yourself reminders to get things done.

    I know it's not exactly what your post was about but since you mentioned you are having difficulty stay organized and getting things done in a timely manner...I thought it might help.
