[DAY TWO] Making another 40 Cold Call Dials Right Now!

After my cold calling session yesterday. I am carrying on today to make 40 dials.

Thing is that this time I only have an hour (thanks to a client that was being a bit awkward).

Just as a reminder the point of the call is to invite local business owners to attend a seminar.

Here's what I say:

"Hi, my name is Chris Green, I am looking for Business Owners in the Birmingham area that would like to attend a seminar where they will learn how to get more clients. Who should I send the invite to."

It's a real simple call, but it gives me a list of people that are up for taking action.

So here we go...

    Hi Chris,
I'm impressed with your willingness to do the cold calling. And with yesterday's results, you seem to have the skill to convert the people as well.

Good luck today as well. Have fun chatting

In my opinion, that's a pretty good turnout for just 10 calls. Waiting for your day 3

Can you answer a few questions about the actual seminar:
1 - Have you already got a date and venue?
2- Do you charge for the seminar?
3- What time are you doing it, day or night?
    4 - How long?

Yeah. I have booked the same venue once a month over the next six months. Lots of parking and easy to get to.

No, we do them no charge. I have tested both and no charge works best.

      During the day.

I start at 10am and go through to 1pm with breaks and coffees and doing some exercises with the attendees.

Thanks for the feedback, have you had a lot of success with seminars before?
What types of businesses do you target?

Yes, I think you could do Live webinars or recorded webinars to Free up your time. This would be great for recoreded webinars and I plan on doing it. You can have a chat function on the recorded webinar and then have a small pitch at the end for your services.

Automation is key. Build a system and then duplicate.

Hi Chris, if you make 50 calls for one seminar, how many people become your paying customer.

You're right. As I mentioned above. We are trying out the webinar in a few weeks to see if it has the same results as the live seminars.
