Looking for Site Rental Theme on Wordpress or WSO

Im curious if anyone knows of any good wordpress themes that work well for rent a site method. Im also looking for any WSO suggestions on this topic. I came across this site eahprograms dot com and i really like the way this looks for site rental. Anyone know of this theme?

    The theme came from this site: studiopress.com/themes/genesis

    But I also checked the WP Theme db and found a free one by them and with a little tweeking would look the same, it may be just what the site owner did - tweek this theme themezee.com/zeecorporate/

      For the rent a site Model - I use the terminology Exclusive Advertising, thats what business owners Understand.
