Rent a site seo plan help needed

Hi
I've several rent a site models discussed with some mentioning spending $xxx for seo...but would anyone have a specific plan once the site is done as to what seo-wise should be done. Some do fiver jobs of social bookmarking, senuke, edu links, etc. others have done spun articles, article submissions, pings, press releases, etc. is anyone able to share their specific plan? I sure appreciate the help even if geneal in nature.

Thanks kev

kosmo101, so for both of my sites, I have used a light fiverr gig because the sites are new. With one, I created 3-5 links a day using Build My Rank and within 1.5 months (of course, it's an exact match domain) it's now ranking #7 on page 1 of Google for its main keyphrases. Yet when I check with a tool (and also checked from LA), the domain is ranked #1. hehehe.

I've used BMR for a client video as well and it's hanging onto page 1. Not sure if BMR is the trick; probably consistant link building will do the job.

Just get started Perhaps Blog BLueprint will work just as well.

      Hey kosmo101,

BrushImpact is correct. I first design the site, modify the content, keyphrase optimize it -- all on site stuff, then wait at least 2 weeks before building any links. Even then, it's not anymore than 3-5 BMR links (at least for these EMDs).

I used a 'manual' bookmarking $5 gig (only 20 bookmarks or so). The site is still new and I didn't want 100s of bookmarks pointing to it. I will probably spend $5-$10 on article marketing as well. Keep in mind these sites are MY properties that the client is renting. The video content is his and I've used the same approach and it's hanging onto page 1 of Google.

I believe BMR is around $60 per month to create links for five domains at a time. It's worked well for me and after I gain another couple of clients, I'd probably tack on Blog Blueprint or another network that works just as well.

Hope that answers your questions. Don't be afraid. Create your own niche site and do some link building for 2 months. You'll get some experience.

      Kosmo,
everything you need to do should be done Onsite SEO First. Give it 30 days and see where you end up. Then you can determine how much or how little off page SEO you need.

Once that determination is made its one call to a Great off Site SEO Company, i can tell you i am spending between $80 and $120 per site to hit Page 1 Rankings. It's not that tuff if your On page SEO is Perfect.

If you need further assistance grab The Ultimate WSO that is in my Signature. The Thread will speak for itself...and it was WSO of the Day.

      Hope that helps.

I you have an exact match kw domain + some good on-page SEo then you can end pretty much with buying some social bookmarking gigs from fiverr. I know a good provider of these. Will not post the link here, PM me.

    Hi

Thanks to all. I was setting up a few sites..some in the dr Dan format which really did well fast with multiple top 10/20 listings. Other sites I setup were directories which are a bit tougher for seo as there isn't as much text to optimize. Been following the local case study by Jamie gogetta but the costs add up in his method.

Was just looking for those in here like don alm and Marcos to expand on how they take a site to the first page ..especially a directory...to make it appealing for rental. With many gigs out there for links, seo, video, articles..just wanted a more specific plan to use.

    Thanks kev

for renting, i believe the idea is to get it to the top of G as fast as possible to offer it up for rent. Having an exact match domain for a searched term works well but what else. I have been experimenting with things like manual social bookmarking, rss feed submissions, articles spun and put across pr2-4 blogs on different class c ips, video submissions and more. Just trying to put together a cheat sheet on what to do ..step a-z. thanks

      Kosmo,

Let me expand a little for you. By simply making sure that your ON PAGE SEO is what i call FLAWLESS - Meaning its as close to 100% Optimized as you can get for the Keywords your targeting is Step 1. Most people cut corners here is attempt to Hurry to get it up and running. (Huge Mistake) I would rather spend extra time making sure this is perfect. Because once this is done it makes the OFF PAGE SEO very easy. You don't have to have an aggressive Rocket science plan to attack with the off page.

Then we typically wait 30 days to see where we end up at in the Serps. Depending on where we are at we then apply Off Page in the form of Strong Web 2.0, Buffer sites and backlinks. At the end of the Day we can Rank #1 over and Over and it makes it very tough for competition to get you off the TOP because your On Page SEO is so Perfect.

Hope that helps... Creating a plan is pretty easy once you blueprint out what you want to accomplish.

      Regards,
      Robert

I understand this method. Do you not do anything at all ...even just like an addurl to G or light social bookmarking... within the first month to get it indexed?

When you mention your plan after the month - strong web 2.0, buffer sites and backlinks...could you expand on what you do or would this be part of your secret formula. Again, just trying to see what is working these days as doing the wrong things coul have a negative impact.
