Clean and professional with solid video testimonials.

I really like it. How are you sending them to the page? Collecting their e-mails via phone call and forwarding them the page?

Looks like you're doing really well with this seminar model.

Have you ever tried just doing webinars?

    Thanks,

    James

    Chime back in here..

If you are doing well with either system, I think a WSO would heavily be in order.

There are so many cock-eyed ways covered to land clients, but nothing really outlining the exact process of a seminar/webinar.

Obviously there are quite a few perks with this method vs. others:

-Cold prospect more likely to attend a free seminar/webinar before committing to one of our services.

-Less time-consuming, speaking to multiple business owners at once

-Can better convey scarcity as you've done with the 20 seats. But, also saying you'll only take 1 business per market, while the business owners are sitting shoulder to shoulder in a large conference room. Or blind behind a computer screen unsure of the other attendees.

Con with going in without a plan for this model is that not just any old presentation is going to land multiple deals. You may spend some decent time and money getting the leads in the first place, so you don't want to let them go to waste.

WELL, now that my Captain Obvious spiel is over.. feel free to turn this into a WSO!

    Thanks,

    James

OK Chris, what exactly are you asking for feedback for? This is...

    AWESOME!

I have to say, this is the first time I have seen a video sales pitch used correctly by an IMer in ur circles... am sure there are others, just saying this is the first one I've seen out of the hundreds of crappy ones by well known names and not so well known names.

You did a great job. The only downer for me (and that's just me)... no need for so many video testimonials, one is quite enough that actually plays 3-5 people, not 3 separate videos... that real estate should be used better, you could add free info (to show you really know your stuff and/or to whet their appetite. Plus you could use that to actually drive traffic to the page... just say visit xyz.com to learn how to do xyz, just click on the video titled "how to do xyz" in the bottom right corner of the page. They visit and see your ad as well... just a thought, you can expand on that idea.

It's a very clean site with a very clear message... one message. Awesome They either say yes or they leave. No need for a blog, facebook and twitter links and all that clutter.

I'd suggest you make the font a little bolder or bigger just more readable.

Besides that the market is the best stress test for this. Really great work, oh I already said that

By the way I have an idea for you to profit from this besides what you're doing, PM me if you're interested, no pitches just an idea I'd rather not post publicly for now.

    Best of luck,

    Kunle

PS: One other thing... title your videos, all of them, a non-web savvy prospect will not know what the videos are about, we might, they won't, and they may end up not clicking, always use a headline whether you use video, text, audio or whatever. Cheers.

I love it, I think people are getting tired of too much content on one page, and we are getting lazier and lazier.

I would love to hear your success from doing a seminar I have thought about doing one and I am finally in the position where I am not afraid to speak in public, (thanks toastmasters).

I really like the page, it is so simple, but yet unique. Colors are great!

If I were you, I would link the top bar to booking instead of the page itself, no point in that.

    Hi Chris,

There are several things I'd change.

    1. First, and you may disagree, but few really understand the distinction between clients and customers.

Most retail business owners do not by default think of the people they transact business with as "clients".

They think of them as customers. "clients" is a term usually reserved by professionals, much like healthcare services providers have patients.

    2. I'd test changing the title to "Get More Customers Now" -- How to consistently generate more customers and money from your website"

    3. The video is very illustrative, however I think I would make the comparison to two businesses, one is one main street where everyone can see it and the other is just one street over, yet the one on main street gets 10X the business.

    4. I'd put the sign-up form on the first page, above the fold and I'd make it as inviting as I could.

But all in all, it's good website, worthy of testing.

      Hi Chris,

Overall nice looking page. Here's the things I'd think about.

      1. Clients and customers

I agree with Rick's statement. Maybe in the UK client has a different meaning but in the States the term "client" is used in professional settings.

      2. The video-- I understand what you're doing but I do have a concern. You mention the different types of "interruption marketing" and state they don't work.

But they do. And I fear this may hurt your credibility. Maybe not in every situation but TV advertising, radio advertising, space ads etc work. You don't need to make it an "us-internet media" vs "them-traditional media" fight.

Every company should pull prospects/customers that view, listen, see their ads to a website because there isn't any other vehicle that offers what a website does--text, audio, video, downloadable reports, etc-- all focused on making a prospect a customer or a customer a repeat customer.

So if a customer is doing other types of media and seeing results from it show them how integrating web strategies will benefit them.

      3. Scarcity--Is the seminar truly only for twenty people? If 40 show up will you turn away half of your prospects?

If not, then you might want to think about removing that verbiage. Again, I understand what you're doing but it might not be the best course to take.

      That's all I got.

I am by no means omniscient. Test and track your results and you'll find out what works best for you and the way you work.

      Kevin

P.S. You could also give out copies of your company magazine which contains articles explaining what digital marketing is, why it's so powerful, and gently persuade them as to why your company is the best choice for them to work with.

I really like what you've done here. I'm wondering if listing dates in May and June could encourage a potential attendee to put off attending because they're too busy now...

As a side note - with the seminar I'm doing, I'm getting a lot of, "why can't you just do a webinar?" I have very specific reasons for not wanting to do it right now in that format. I'm curious if you are being asked this, and if you are, how you are responding.
