  • You already know the answer....Paypal.
You don't need a site. Give them your paypal address and once you receive the money, send them the product.
  • hi
    nice!
but i cant do it for monthly fee!
    still waiting for answer
    orit
  • You can create a "Buy Now" or "Subscribe" button ahead of time in PayPal and send the link to the potential client. It's under "Merchant Services" in PayPal. You may need to have a PayPal Business account.
  • There's no monthly fee with PayPal, they charge YOU, the seller something like 2.9% on the transaction. So, you don't pay anything until the transaction is completed.

Are you saying you have a Youtube video where they have expressed interest? You can put the PayPal link in the description box.

So, goto PayPal, make a Payment Button like you normally would, when it gives you the code to embed onto a website, simply take the URL that's attached to it and put that in the description box, or e-mail it to the client, it works the exact same. The only difference with the embed is that it has an image file attached to it.

I hope this clears up what you're talking about.

    Thanks,

    James

    • I find the easiest way to do this is to go to your paypal account and make a few different "subscribe" buttons (for recurring payments - different buttons if I have to negotiate prices) and copy and paste the email code for the payment.

Rather then send someone to a webpage (which always seems to be more difficult than it should - people typing in the url in the google search box, etc.) I assume they are in front of their computer, and send the payment link to them via email. Worst case they can get the email on their smart phone.

  • I prefer Freshbooks for ease of use and creating recurring billing for clients. No website needed and they can either login and pay via Paypal or send you a check.

  • I have a couple of clients that just give me their credit card info and assume I have a merchant account. You can use paypal, just go to merchant services and create a buy button, but click on the email tab and it will give you a link to put in the email. Just paste it in the url window of your browser and enter their payment info - works great.
  • Yeah, juice is right. I have used Paypal in conjunction with Freshbooks (for free until I get more clients). I made it a recurring payment and the invoice gets to my customer every month quite on time.

I haven't had to do anything else. Sweet stuff!

  • Freshbooks looks good for pay pal integration BUT how about if you are acccepting pre authorized checks. Is it good or is there a better solution?

    • If I were to use freshbooks for paypal recurring payments, does it just remind clients that a payment is due, or does it automatically pull a payment the way it does when a client sets up a subcription?

      Thanks....

  • You could setup a merchant services account and use a payment gateway like Authorize.net that has the ability to accept credit card payments from mobile terminals like on a smart form. I think you would need some kind of standardized order form that the telemarketer completed for the new client that contains terms of service and authorization for payment.
  • Just put payment link in description under video. I do highly recommend that you eventually setup a page with the links on it. Once you build up your business use Freshbooks.
  • While u are one the phone with the client, log into your PayPal. U can either create an invoice or simply choose to send a payment request. While still on the phone ask for their email and let them know that u are sending an invoice or payment request. That way they can pay while your still on the phone.
  • if it's not me i cant give someone else to log to my paypal account,

    • Exactly, what if it's a sales person?
