Cold Caller Newbies Do you need some practice?
Hello warriors,
I have only been a Warrior for a shor time but have gained some valuable information and insight.
I have been trying to think of a constructive way to give back so here is what I have come up with.
If you are struggling to make your first call, anxious on how you will sound?, what to say to a certain response or question?, what if they say yes!!!?, what if they say NO!!?
If you are interested, I will be your "dummy' prospect. I do not need to know what you are selling (in fact, I think that is better practice for you)
I just need an idea of what business I am. (dentist, locksmith,spa, ect)
I promise to give constructive, honest feedback.
Sometimes, the first step is the hardest.
(just to let you know, I do have extensive experience in Telephone Techniques and Training)
