£50/m for hosting and maintenance is hugely expensive, but is balanced out slightly by the cheap website creation. Are you going to be making your own WordPress themes? If not, are you buying them somewhere or using free ones?

For copywriting, charge per 500 words. The prices vary a lot though, cheapest I've seen is probably £5 per 500 words. I charge £25 per 500 words and to be honest I still think that's cheap.
