How can I tell if CPA offers can be used in flyers
Planned on handing out flyers with a domain name to a website with email submits for contests for Ipads or Iphones or money and other things I see on offervault. I have heard that you cannot do that with some offers. Does anyone know how I can tell which of these offers I can use in flyers and which I can't. Contacting all of the offers is just too time consuming.
Also how do they determine the winner in these contests? A draw or what? How do we know if the prize actually ever goes to anyone? Someone other than a friend of the contest operator would be nice.
What if I wanted to offer a prize myself like this? Are there any rules or laws I should be concerned with?
