Does Anyone need a temporary VA? Got one of the best.

Hi,

I'm not sure where to post this. However I have a VA from India who is REALLY good. I've been working with him since February for all sorts of business activities, which include cold calling, lead gen, data entry, all sorts of stuff. His English is really good and he is very easy to train on different tasks...very hard worker. He's one of those gems you find on odesk every now and then.

I pay him $100+/week with bonuses for performance.

Recently, some things came up and I won't have any work for him for about 1-2 months. I felt really bad telling him, as we've become friends.

He asked if there was anything he could do to make at least $80/week.

I figure, I'd ask around here, maybe someone could use an extra hand. He's good on the phone, has magic jack, skype, etc.

If he's that good and you wnat to keep him I would just pay him the $1,000 bucks and give him some projects for me to do those two months.

  Dennis, is this VA still available? If so, I'd love to get his contact info. I am going through odesk profiles as we speak and this would be a nice shortcut to finding a 'gem' as you mentioned.
