Suggest price for getting these keywords ranked...

I am working with a client that wants their website ranked for the keywords:
chicago personal trainer
chicago personal trainers

Just by looking at the numbers, what would you suggest I charge to get a website ranked on the first page of results?

They already have a website that I will do on-page seo, and will most likely outsource backlinks and off page.

What would be a standard price for on-page work (images tags, add content for keywords, etc), as well as off page to get these 2 ranking on page one?

    How much would you charge to write the content for the 2 landing pages, and get those 2 keywords on page 1 of search results? I am looking for a month-month cost that I can sell my client.

    Also, get me another cost for doing all on-page seo as well as all off-page seo for a month-month service for 2 keywords.

    That will give me an idea on what I can charge after outsourcing work.

    Here is what I do

    Get all the possible keywords, drop them in the traffic estimator on google kw tool. Set it up for your local target area to get the estimated local CTR.

    Max your bid to get the top CTR per day. Download into excel. Pick the top 2,3 or however many kw you will be working on. Multiply the daily CTR BY 30 to get month total. Divide the total by 1.35 to convert to an estimate CTR for organic listings.

    Estimate website conversion X total month CTR X average value per customer.

    From here I apply my fee in terms of a percentage. And i usually pick a percentage low enough to add value and high enough that I dont feel like an seo whore.
