NEed Help with first client

So my first client would like a site with the following criteria:

- wants to be able to sell services and items via the site
- wants to be able to interact with their customers on their site
- wants to integrate with facebook and twitter
- wants customers to be able to request appointment times via the site

This is for an RV Repair and Service center they are opening up.

If anyone has any thoughts I'd greatly appreciate it.

Every RV repair company always seems to jerk me around LOL. Hopefully you have good luck. Surprisingly, I have been killing it with corporate transportation and limo companies lately.

Anyway... to answer your question. Are you saying he wants to process payments through the website? When you say he wants to interact with customers on the site, what kind of interaction? Does he mean a slide show or something to make it more "interactive"? I don't understand what he could possibly want for interaction, people either need an RV repaired or not. A message board might not be ideal for him.

Twitter and facebook integration is easy cake. Requesting appointments is easy.

If he is wanting to process payments through the website I would probably recommend setting up an authorize.net gateway and then using a form to integrate into that. That's probably what I would do.

What is best way to setup a demo site? You think wordpress is the way to go or regular html template?
