Before you go with our friends seemingly low-cost call center with seemingly perfect english speakers (sounds too good to be true right?)

The point is, and I'm going to make a thread so people get it. The people from overseas may be very nice english speakers, great for inbound customer service etc.

But they lack the accent of an American, the grammar we use in verbal communication, and they will never be able to think as fast as an american does and comprehend certain vocabulary fast enough to be effective.

In terms of grammar even the ones that have great accents, although still there, speak sometimes in a way that we would call "uneducated". They just don't put words in the right order, don't use the correct adjectives a bunch of things.

Also when you ask them something quickly, they can't comprehend it quick enough and respond, they have to think too long and that will lose a prospect like this "CLICK".

And I'm not blowing smoke either I own a lead generation company and I've talked to many many filipino callers. Great people, little accent, but lack grammar, quick thinking and response ability.

I agree it's not our native tongue. You can learn any language and be fluent with it. That's why we do intensive training and screening of employees. And part of it is comprehension and ability to respond quickly. At the end of the day it's all about getting the job done.

That's all fine and good but from my experience speaking to filipino call center workers they cannot think quick enough in english to go back and forth with a prospect and give quick rebuttals. There's still a bit of grammar issues and a slight accent that Americans honestly pick up on and focus on.

Do you mean by the post you are looking for telemarketers on this list of 8, or are you just recommending these as a great place to find any freelance outsourcers and you want more freelance websites?

Thread is titled "Where do I find Outsourced Telemarketers

What's your context? What service/product? What objective? "Telemarketer" gets to a loose term with many connotations... do you want a qualifier agent? Do you want telemarketer for an appointment setter? Do you expect a telemarketer agent to close a sale and get a CC?

All have different skillsets and levels or experience in each of those objectives.

Without context, I don't see how anyone can supply you with a sensible answer here.

I have considered that but that is way less effecient than having people slamming phones for me. I buit my site to serve as a business card to look like a professional national service company. Not a local company. I have a firm on odesk working for 3.50 an horu right now with a commission structure. I will let you guys know if its any good.
