How to Import Clients Facebook Contacts to Google Plus Most Effectively

Hi,

I was reading about this and due to Facebook blocking this (for obvious reasons) it seems the best methods at the moment are by third party sources such as yahoo and msn.

Can someone please confirm?

Because basically I'm looking to do this for some clients but need to find the best way. What if they don't have an msn or yahoo account?

    It's been a long time (min 1yr) since I've played around with this, but can you not do this by downloading your entire FB history? I'm pretty sure I recall when I did it the first time that there was an option to download my contacts also.
