Medical Industry - reminder of appts on auto

I have a dentist who is looking for a new website with an appointment engine built in where his patients can request specific appointments (considering Luther Landro medical madness for this)

He also explained to me that having his secretary constantly phoning the patients to remind them of their appointments is eating up alot of her time.

The dentist would like some type of system that will automatically email or text the patient 24-48 hours prior to their appointment to remind them.

Wondering if anyone has any ideas on this. Thanks.

    I had a chance to look into this system and it looks like a good solutions. I have no idea how to price something like this for a client though. How much would be recommended for a monthly fee for a set up like this?

      You should be able to get $250 per month pretty easily. Give him a package of 5000 messages for $250 with a $250 setup fee. Then offer him an incentive for referrals to his colleagues...$50 off his first x month(s) if he can refer you x people. Specify that he needs to make a call to these colleagues and give you a great referral. Then do same with those doctors and you'll be rich!

      This is my approach anyway.
