Looking to make the current deal I'm offering better. What would you guys change or edit with the package below?


The package would be as follows for 499.99 set up:

5 Website Design Included
Copywriting Included
Domain Name Registration Included
Website Hosting?management $50 a month
On page (SEO) Included

Marketing Your Website:
Search Engine Submission Included
Google Places listing created Included
Internet Directory Submissions Included


Any suggestions?

    What would I add? Value. The way you've laid everything out means little to most business owners. I would make your package like this:

    You get...

    - a domain name like yourbusiness.com
    - an incredibly professional 5 page website with all of the bells and whistles
    - I'll optimize your site to appear on Google (just the basics)
    - I'll guarantee you get x calls from the website so it pays for itself.

    It's only $599 + 50 bucks a month to maintain. We guarantee you'll get at least 2 new customers from it so it pays for itself.

    [notice I increased the price by $100? Use that to get him 2 new clients so the site pays for itself].

    You need to move away from the geek speak and into what real benefits they can derive from what you offer.

    Where are the adjectives?

    Don't you mean high converting copy that turns visitors into customers?

    Don't forget that people want something unique too, not just a website that looks like everyone else's.

    "your own unique website, custom-designed for your business"

    And people really will not know what you're talking about, unless you're selling to other tech customers. Stick to the problems/benefits

    "we'll make sure your site is one of the first ones people see when they go search for [fill in type of business]"
    "visitors will want to pick up the phone and call you right away"

    However, I wouldn't make specific guarantees unless you fully intend to keep them. Otherwise, you'll have to vet the prospects carefully to be sure you can deliver.

    Are you sure your price is high enough? Seems like a very low price for what you're giving.
