Question about redirecting calls with Twilio

I'm going to be running several different marketing campaigns at once. I want to trace the results (duh). So I want to buy some different numbers with Twilio and redirect them to my phone. now...

When someone calls one of the numbers and it redirects to my phone, how will it show up on my phone? will it just show THEIR number?

It would be nice If my phone would show the Twilio number that way I know how to respond to the call. Because Each campaign is going to require a different response / sales method. Does this make sene or am I talking in circles?

Also, relax, it's a forum and an active one at that. If someone has an answer that is correct they will answer.

Well.. they will answer with incorrect stuff as well.

I have used twilio for a while.

The caller id will be the person's number. You will have to check your logs for the dates and times and match that way.

The twilio log will show you what number called which number..

Are you using OpenVBX? If so, I'm pretty sure you have an option to choose which shows.

In OpenVBX you can indeed choose whether you want the called number to show, or the number called they redirected from. Sadly, we can't use a Caller ID with a name, only choose which phone number we want displayed.
