What Do You Instruct Your Outsourcers To Do?

A few questions about outsourcing. Basically, I am a web designer and I want to completely outsource all the SEO overseas so I can focus on sales and designing, but I need to do this as cheaply as possible...If anyone has any great ideas, I am all ears!

1. I guess Odesk is the best for cheap labour, so my question is, using Odesk or similar freelance sites, how much are you looking at per website to keep the SEO outsourced per month? I have heard $300 per month, but doesn't it depend on how competitive the niche is?

2. Would anyone care to share their exact instructions they send to their outsourcers regarding SEO? Do you change it frequently or depending on the job at hand? Or is it generally the same instructions for each job?

    The thing is, there has to be some average amount of SEO that will do reasonably well enough to get Google page 1. I honestly think it would take a bare minimum in my city, I just don't have the inclination or the patience to do it myself.

      theres some great outsourcing courses here i know Howard Tiano has some gems! why not just outsouce to an overseas SEO firm instead of elance?
