Aliens, Star Trek and Generating More Results In Your Business

I sent this out to my newsletter subscribers today and thought would share this will all the warriors today.

Today, wanted to talk to you about something I saw on ABC News last night and is easily (you may not believe that at first) something you should be applying to your business.

First, I should say...

If you get offended easily or don't want a valuable business lesson, then stop reading here. But, if you can handle a little adult talk today and are ready, here it is...

On ABC, they were interviewing the owner of the Bunny Ranch.

It's an actual brothel in Nevada that allows "paid companionship". They were discussing how he is opening a brand new operation out by area 51 where are all the alien sightings over the years have taken place.

Why would he want to build another location out there and why in the world am I talking about this? Stay with me a moment.

You see...

The owner mentioned that he wanted to expand business and found something very interesting in his business. What did he uncover?

He noticed that a large amount of his "clientele" were actually gamers and sci-fi geeks.

Now...how in the world does that apply to you? Great Question and here's the answer...

By looking inside his business and customers, he saw that the gamers and sci-fi crowd was his large source of income.

That customer type made up a large amount of his business every week.

By him going to area 51 (a sci-fi geeks heaven) and building a niched location, he is going to not only draw those original clients there (who are going to have to pay more for this niched location by the way), but also attract a lot more of that target market to his "escort palace".

He's setting up star trek rooms, rooms with an alien theme, moon rooms and more.

Let me ask you...When is the last time you really stepped back and looked at your customers?

What is a common theme you see in them?

Maybe they're mostly in the teens...maybe 20-30's...Or maybe 40's...maybe mostly women or men...Maybe most of your customers belong to a certain group...

Are mostly all earning a high or low annual household income...Maybe most of them live in a certain neighborhood or area...Maybe they all want or need something in common?

And the list go's on.

Really dive in there and see what kind of things you can add or take away from your business.

See what kind of targeted service or product you can create that will not only attract those same customers back, but also attract more of that customer niche or target market in as well.

You work on that and I'll talk with you soon.

I get the point you are trying to make, and I like his idea of setting up shop near "Area 51". That idea isn't horrible. The moon rooms and star trek themes idea IS horrible. People go to the Bunny ranch because sex to them is a fantasy and they can achieve it there. They don't want alien sex or dirty sci-fi talk. If they aren't having sex in the first place the only thing they are concerned about when they are there is the female anatomy.

      WRONGO.
They will now pay MORE to increase the level of fantasy. Imagine the girls decked out in alien attire or costumes and they are the explorers of a new planet.
They can dress like Captain Spock and bang someone dressed as Lt Uhura.

I wont go into the permutations here but there are many.
