How much to charge for paid traffic management

I've been doing some Facebook PPC as well as some PPV and CPV marketing successfully and now I've had two people approach me about being their "traffic guy."

They have really healthy budgets for it but I'm not sure how to charge for this. Meaning, I haven't had to come up with a schedule for paid traffic and taking a fee to manage. It seems like it should be different from how I charge for SEO work I do.

Do you have any advice or any pricing models you've seen for managing PPC?

    The number that's been put to me is $2000 per month. So, on the 10% plan you suggest, I'd be keep $200 as my fee and put the $1800 into traffic, yes?

    You say "start" at 10%... Do you mind clarifying where I might go from there and how that might flesh out?
