Let's say you have a blog called SanDiegoCosmeticSurgery.com. You then add the contact information of a cosmetic surgeon on the site without his or her consent. The surgeon then starts getting calls/emails from the blog, from potential clients.
Is This Legal?

Is this legal? Would there have to be some sort of disclaimer that the site?
You can then have an easy sell to the plastic surgeon because you've already provided them something of value.
