Might sound a little more complex than it actually is:

I used to use skpe and I would convert the excel sheet to an html file and the skype plug in recognized the numbers (using the skpe plug in) and I would click down the list.

Converting the file was a no brainer, just take the spreadsheet and do a "save as" html

      Just a thought

There are tons of autodialers. We use salesdialers.com although I am starting not to like them, call recording doesn't always work and the user interface isn't very professional. I've heard a lot of people like phoneburner.com 's dialer.

Affordable Marketing Lists | Marketing Lists | Cold Calling Lists | Direct Mail Lists | Insurance Lists uses salesdialers.com's dialer but for 299 per month you get unlimited dialer use and unlimited database leads.

    Just some options.

EDIT: I forgot to mention John Durham's WSO

    http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...kit-net.html#1

You get 4 hours of dialing per day on his dialer and unlimited leads download for one time fee of $97...if it's just you dialing I'd go with that

I thought my ear was ringing. Thanks for mentioning us.

There really are a TON of different companies offering dialing solutions. I like SalesDialers.com because they're cheap ($99/month) and offer a lot of "extras" for their flat rate (e-mail drip marketing, call recording, etc), but like anything else, they're not the perfect solution for everyone. They have daily webinars at 2PM EST where they walk folks through the system to give them an idea of what to expect before they buy.

If you're a little more tech savvy and want a toy to play with you can dig up an old desktop and install vicidial on it. That and an account from vitelity won't cost you much and it's a good solution. For our outbound dialing we use a customized version of it and host it ourselves, but not everyone has $10k to invest in getting setup along with the monthly colo fees and such. It works for us because we'll have up to 20 telemarketers going at a time, but it's certainly not for everyone.

On another note, what do you mean by "a lot of dead numbers". I like to pick on Sales Genie and their 85% accuracy because we typically run 95%+, but in all fairness you're talking about at least 8/10 being good numbers with either of us. Is that what you consider a lot?

Go the telemarketing forum and click the banner at the top, or go directly to safesoft solutions.com, or try marketdialer.com, they arent the cheapest but they are the best, tell them John Durham sent you as per Nima's request, and you may get 50-75% off the first month. I dont make money for telling you this.

there are lots of open source dialer platforms out there..find a local voip/IT pro and have them recommend one that they have used and do the install for you..you can upload the excel data, auto delete disconnected numbers and scrape for dupes etc..

It would help if you tell people where you are located and than maybe some one from your country will point out a good company. The majority of us here reside in the United States, so it is easy to assume you live in the US and the information given will not apply in your country.

That does change things a bit.

You shouldn't have a problem using a dialer, but I'd wonder what SIP provider you would be able to use, but more specifically, if you could get the local rate on it. If you had to pay international rates from the US from a company like vitelity.com, I imagine that would put you out of business in a hurry.

i am using a wonderful software in which I can upload numbers and the numbers will keepcoming one by one and you can do manual dialling. You can set call backs, not interested and all that is required for any telemarketing activity. It is not automatic dialling. It is just a simple software. Auto dialers are expensive proposition. The rates are quite ok. It might cost you $30 per month per seat. If interested let me know, I will give you a trial offer (free) for 3 days. If you like it, use it and see.

Autodialing is wonderful, the problem though is it depends on the phone system you are using and the place you are dialing from. From a technical view point, the only universal solution today is Skye. Talking about rates, things vary of course. When it comes to autodialing you will have to find a solution for yourself in Israel.

With regards to an effective follow-up system I just sent you a PM

The challenge you are facing is much bigger than just having the comfort of autodialing, though. Like everbody doing prospecting, you need an efficient and effective system to work with. Check out my PM for more details.

    Best,
    Dan

Gotta love auto dialers. The just make cold calling so much easier.
I have two that I use almost daily. Call fire is great and is a true auto dialer. Its cheap and costs about 2 bucks an hour, which is great because I'm only paying for what I use. You just call the number that is provided to you to connect, no special equipment needed. I just use my cell phone.

On my cell phone is my other dialer. Its called sales dialer. You upload the leads to your phone and it dials them one after the other. pretty handy.

The best way to go is to find someone who can program an open source dialer such as vicidial, go autodial or many others that are out there.

Then, find 4 or 5 good carriers and make sure your Dialer is set up for LCR (least cost routing) so that on every call it assures you of getting the lowest rate for every call from the carrier who has the best long distance rate for that region.

That's how I set up my Call Center clients and with this strategy you can get your costs down well below a penny a minute, in some cases an average of .005/minute.

Hosted Dialers are an easy way to start out, but even at 99.00/seat that's much higher than what My clients average who own their dialer. You can get down to about 50-60.00/month per seat by owning a dialer and the server hardware is so inexpensive now. You can probably find people on Freelancer to program your dialer with the software needed.
