Software for your offline clients?

Is anyone using a marketing software suite for their offline clients? Which one? What is the functionality that you like in them or that you think is lacking? Do you use an all-in-one program or your own mix of single solution programs?

I'm asking because I'm working with a startup that has launched a small business marketing software platform. I'm not looking to sell any of you on it (yet), but I would love to know what people think of the tools they're using now.

I know, this is very open-ended. Feel free to ramble. I'm all ears!

    Let the rambling begin. I haven't used anything like this, but it sure would come in handy. About all I can do for clients at the moment is put together some information taken from Google Analytics and show them their traffic stats, etc. I have seen some local marketing courses that offer software for joining, but I haven't tried them.

    On second thought, are you talking about an analytics type software that lets you show clients traffic stats and whatnot, or are you talking about some kind of software that actually helps clients with their marketing (social media, etc)?

      Both. Software that creates your marketing and then measures the results. The 800lb gorilla in this space would be Hubspot, but we're a little different from them.
