Best local marketing Scraper?

Hey Warriors,

I'm looking for some different scrapers to use for collecting data and contact info of potential local business prospects, to sell my marketing services to.
Any suggestions?

What are you personal favorites?

Thanks in advance.

I second that. Pretty good for the price, light weight and easy to use. I met Dan the guy who made it recently and he's really smart and has actually walked the walk. Another one on the higher end is Power Leads Pro.

  • You can always go with a list broker such as www.SalesGenie.com or myself at Affordable Marketing Lists | Marketing Lists | Cold Calling Lists | Direct Mail Lists | Insurance Lists. Scrapers are great, but you'll miss a lot of folks and it can be a little more difficult to target specific industries. For example, if you're looking to target small businesses with 1-9 employees many of them probably won't be listed online or show up anywhere.

To a large degree I suppose it depends on what you're looking to target. If you're looking to get big ticket SEO work from companies on pages 2-forever you're probably in good shape scraping, if you want to go after smaller (or even larger) companies that are looking to establish a web presence, you might need to go "old school".

I am new around here but I will give a third vote for Power Lead Snatcher. I have been impressed with the lists I have pulled with it.

I haven't tried the others, but I did purchase Power Lead Snatcher. It pulls email addresses as well as phone numbers and websites.

      I'm liking it.

Is anyone else finding that the Excel files exported via Power Leads Snatcher are empty?
        Mine appear to be.

        Best regards Steve

I don't have a problem with them, perhaps you should contact their support.

          Kind regards

I have both GPscrapper and Power Leads Snatcher both are good at finding leads but poor at getting emails.

GPscapper is great for analyzing sites for my Google places clients.

To get emails I have my own software but a good substitute would be 'super email spider' just Google it.

    Kind regards

      John,

I have to politely disagree with you about GPscraper being poor at getting emails. Firstly because Google removed emails from places pages so the only place to find an email is on the corresponding web site. If you've ticked the extensive email search function and set it to look through 5-8 pages on a web site it will find them as long as they are on the web site.

I like, and only use, Sniper Bot Pro.

Then again, I like to laser focus my prospects.
How much they are spending, GP listing claimed, have videos, have website, with email.
