Local Marketing Backoffice

Hey WF members,

I am currently working on a backoffice for local marketing consultants. I am first creating a text marketing module (think chads plugin + alot of features). Then review callfire.com and dupilcate this services. Then after those, Get a few VAs and a call center/support desk (white-labeled and transparent - We would answer is you to ur clients) With the VAs, offer the services ppl normally have VAs complete. What is everyones opinion on this project?

    What exactly is it you would be doing on my behalf?
    Answering calls?
    Making calls?
    Both?

    As far a text messaging... Would you be developing a new platform or just a plugin?
