Wow. There was a time when I didnt even consider myself to be a spec of dust on this big Warrior forum, and now Im seeing my name everywhere. What a great honor, What a great moment to stop and appreciate that journey.

Sigh... Man so much stuff in life is just so unbelievably ironic in hindsight.

Who knew that there would ever be an offline forum, and who knew that managing telemarketers would ever matter in a place like this, or that reading the WF at night anonymously...feeling like an ignorant nobody, and being astonished by it's leaders... Would ever lead to actually becoming one?

Im sorry guys, But I have to share this moment with you. Its special.

You dont know how many nights years ago that I dreamed of being one of the Warriors I read about... and now I look up and....Wooop....Here it is.

Cant let this go without acknowledging it and sharing with you how special it is. Im having a sacred moment...

Good going on the effort and Im glad you are pumped. Your system may take some tweaking and has some draw backs...your business model may need tweaking... but you got "traction" . You found out that the outside world will deal with you!

Thats an invaluable personal victory that will surely lead to more... its more significant than you may even realize now. You made business contact with the world, and it responded!

If only on the first level, thats still traction.

On another note...

I have to tell you new guys that I fought really hard to push this idea of telemarketing as a valid offline marketing concept a couple of years ago...when nobody wanted to talk about it...and it wasnt easy, but I KNEW that it was what alot of people needed to make their breakthroughs..., and kept pushing back, until a bunch of people tried it with success and were considered flukes, and then more people did, and it became harder to deny the numbers...now finally its common among offliners that it works, and you do0nt have to guess where you are getting the next sale, you can get on the phone and make one happen anytime you want!

As MUCH as you want!

No one one is left out! Not only the brilliant web experts can succeed, but regular average guys can have a short learning curve and make money first and learn more as they go, even selling the web experts services for them on the phone, and setting appointments and starting even appointment setting "services..." as a business model.

So yeah, I pushed hard for this time.

If anyone tells you they started the trend, they are taking credit for work they didnt do, although there were a handful of supporters who helped push the concept as it started to take hold in the beginning...and even teachers rose up as it became a more relevant topic, and yes...even posers.

Point:

Here we are now and its the number one producer of sales on the offline forum!

Thats what you call a slam dunk baby...the kind where you close the credit card after a hard competition, and slam down the phone and say BAMMM! Im the champ!

Well us cold calling guys are the champs! Its an amazing victory when you realize the difficulty in getting this movement happening! Like moving a mountain really.

Now that its almost socially acceptable there are ALOT more people making money!

Im teaching young warriors here, not being arrogant, although yes, it feels good to see your name on a thread....

Im talking to the young Warriors who aspire to be tomorrows leaders here.

I hope someone reading this gets to experience the same thing someday and comes back an reminds me of this post.

Being a leader here doesnt make you a millionaire by itself, thats for sure but it makes you a "WARRIOR", something money cant buy! To some who know how sacred that is...its may be worth a million dollars to them.

Prospect1: yes, I do.

I was looking for a physical contact address and I couldn't find anyone, except your phone number and email. I would like to set up a site for you free if you would pay for the hosting. I will show you how to do it. Its easy.

Prospect 1: oh. . . I have a site for my hotel and have been thinking of getting another one.

Me: okay. . . May I send you an email so that I could explain better for you to understand?

Prospect1: okay.

Me: I repeated myself and asked if I should send an email to that effect and he accepted.

There are better plans for sure, but to get started make some commission, and buold your sales confidence this will definitely work.

I was hoping there wouldnt be so much to explain left over after your conversation...and Im thinking that in the future you need to divulge more detail to them, because now you have to explain in an email all the steps they have to take to register...and that may turn them back off... Hang on lemme get a coffee, I will try to think of something here.

What I just did is simply take the basic site you are offering and break it down into its features...now it appears to have more percieved value right?

Lets look at reality. What I just described to you is basically the free template that comes with their hosting... you can do ALL of those things with it, using the drag and drop features and putting the keywords into the "meta tags" box... to optimize...You can Drag and drop the interactive forms...You can even drag and drop a blog on it for them right there in the template studio by clicking a couple of buttons that are clearly laid out.... Its all there.

So tell me what you are offering... is it a one page site, a 3 page one, are you using the host gator template?

Ps. This isnt going to happen in five minutes, maybe you better get a coffee too!

Okay well you can edit that, but do add equally lucrative benefits for the customer in their place...we want to build alot of perceived value. Doesnt hostgator come with basic statistical data?

Also, you dont put meta tags or optimized page titles? No basic optimization at all?

You can tweak this script to your offer, and I didnt hype it up alot because a script has to be synergistic with the other elements, and you arent hyping it up on the phone alot, so a hypey email wouldnt seem natural.

On another note:

I dont usually write emails this long, they are usually 3-4 liners, but the details have already been covered in conversation and its just a quick recap. In this case, most of the pitching is done in the email, preceded by a short warm up call that just gets permission to send. For that reason it has to be longer.

Despite all that:

If you follow up with everyone who doesnt call you back... and you can get permission to send out twenty of these a day, you should be getting sales within Days or even TODAY...

Gotta follow the system I laid out here though, and only send it to real prospects not just people who said "yes" for no good reason. They have to be interested.

With all of that being said, this should work.

I made it a follow up call for many reasons...you can lose people if you dont walk them through the signup process yourself. Probably the vast majority. However if you walk them through it yourself you will close more people than others do.

Offer free web design with an affiliate host gator account sign up as Jideofor has done.

Or, act as a white label reseller for another host that charges me as their reseller $16 a month and then perhaps charge a small nominal fee of maybe $49 to $99 for a 1-3 page website build?

I would probably personally go for selling $97 dollar sites over both of these. and $97 per month., if I were working a business plan in this range...but of the two I would go for your number 2 idea.

One $97/$97 deal per day, 5 days per week equals almost $24,000 per MONTH in revenue, built within 12 months and its probably just as easy to sell., almost 300k per year in RESIDUAL income.

Most people believe the cancellations would keep that figure from happening, but if they got their system rolling they would find ithat to not be true... Sure when 20% of youir customers cancel every 90 days it means alot if you only have 10 customers, but if you are moving forward doing what I just described like a machine... its just a part of the equation.

I watched it happen and helped MAKE it happen...Too late to tell me it doesnt work.

In fact on another note entirely, my brother James is a 100k per year residual MLM' earner and has been for 5 years , some of you remember me talking about him 3 years ago when he reached that level...so theres another example, but this is easier than MLM by a LONG shot..

In any case, most people wont do MLM either...Life comes mostly down to what we will or wont do, not whats "possible".
