Philippines outsourcers for Offline Marketing

Hey guys, a quick question.

Does anyone know where I can find good Philippines outsourcing agencies? I don't want to hire individuals (lack of trust/maybe not responsible). I figured going through an agency would be a lot better as they'd make sure work gets done and done well.

I started my offline consulting business last year, and it's taking off. It's to the point now where I cannot continue to do everything myself. I also have different ideas/projects I'd like to start, but I need competent staff to help.

Also, has anyone had any success hiring people within their town from job websites? Etc Sales Reps? Cold Callers? I hired a couple of "professional callers" from fiverr...never again.

    best bet to find local reps etc. is craigslist..I've tried monster, hotjobs, careerbuilder and found that I received better quality applicants from my CL post..have been using CL for years now to source new sales reps.

They already have the staff, computers, software, training, and resources in the Philippines so you don't have to waste your time hiring and training.     I think it is a great idea to outsource if one has the means to do it.
    However, before one starts to outsource, one should educate oneself about the process.
    I found a site that is very informative and educational.


    Once you go through the above site and learn all you can, the go to the following site to hire people who will work for around $250/month;

    Check out Staff.com. They have a huge database of employees you could quickly hire without worrying much about the hiring process. Most of them are from the Philippines too.

    What they do is they bridge the top employers to the excellent freelancers around the world. Undeniably, Filipinos are a majority of them. Quality service and I sure would recommend them.

    I've hired 5 outsourced filipinos, so far, and there's some cultural stuff to learn about managing them.

    You can read here about the service from John Jonas which I found to be excellent. It includes membership of the biggest jobs board in the Philippines, but the key is that he provides training for the outsourcers, so you get better productivity.

    But congratulations to the OP - you've got a business model you CAN outsource. Great job.
