Who do you use for OUTSOURCING?

Hi Fellow Warriors,

Here's the situation...

I've been working with an company that sells products online, and they want to bring me on "full-time" as there webmaster. They'd want me to implement a monthly traffic building strategy as well as be their web consultant, marketing consultant, and business consultant.

I don't mind taking on the client, but the only things is that I believe that at this point in my career if I'm working IN my business I'm not making any money. I need to be working ON my business.

I'm in the process of starting a consulting company and making some connections with outsources with a background in Internet marketing to have do the work for the strategies the clients and my management team comes up with.

So they'd actually be hiring my company...not me.

I'm ready to let go of the reins and start to delegate task and outsource, but I don't know where to begin.

I know I'm going to need a SEO expert, a web programmer, video marketer, article writer and probably a copy writer too.

Where can I go to find people to put together a solid team of workers? I'd prefer to have no more than two people doing the work.

I'm comfortable being the middle man now.

Any recommendations would help and would be greatly appreciated.

    - I love using ODesk for outsourcing work and/or creating teams.
    - I also love looking around Fiverr for certain services

I haven't had too much success with Fiverr, and I have tried Elance. But I use oDesk.com on a regular basis and have been very happy with the results.

Good for you, you are headed in the right direction. Search for services online and talk to those companies. I use elance, vworker, odesk. Also for a specific reference, try quickbeyond.com They are awesome. Then once you find the people, treat them like gold.

It would be slightly more honest John if you made it clear that those are your personal sites.

Yeah, I second that. onlinejobs.ph is very good because as this previous poster said it's a great place to find people who are looking for full-time work (sounds like that's what you'll need).

In addition to that, John Jonas offers a recommended list of freelancers that have thoroughly tested on previous projects so you will dramatically reduce the risk of taking on someone who's not up to the job. Personally, I have never used that service so I can't vouch for it.

I will suggest odesk.com or freelancer.com if you are looking to build an off shore team. I have vast experience in outsourcing most of my work there so I can share with you some tips you may need. I am just a PM away.
