What Do You Miss in a CRM Tool?
In case you are using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, what are you using today and what are the top 3 things (in order of importance) you are missing when it comes to your specific needs as offline marketers? Choose among the following or name your own:
- should have more prospecting features
- should be less extensive, rather 'quick and diirty'
- unlimited space, unlimited sending options
- better customer support
- prefer one off fee vs. monthly payments
- need to handle various campaign types at the same time
- better prospecting/client history
- prefer standalone, having data on my computer vs. cloud (depending on the web)
- prefer cloud version vs. standalone on my computer
- needs to be mobile
- needs to work on an iPad
- must have autodialing feature
- should be less expensive
