Positioning
Hey guys,
preparing to start a web design studio for local businesses. Would love to hear some insight on how people here position themselves in the market. Don't really want to serve cheap-skate, low-end customers but if you give away sites, like in Bower formula, then dealing with them is pretty much guaranteed.
It can be considered paying dues tho so if it's unavoidable then I'll deal with it.
