A Nice Way to make money.(need some tips)

Hello, Guys, I want to share with you a method that right now is putting some money in my pocket.

I have learned some SEO and have also costumers.

The thing is Selling Leads...

I create a nich local webpage bump it up to 1st page of Google and then I negociate the leads to this professional that pays me 10% of the estimate on every closing deal.

The job for me is simple colect the info from the leads and send to the professional, in that case is my brother in law.

I´m already making money, because I trust him. And now I want to grow my "passive-set-and-forget" income, doing the same to others cities.

The question is...
How can I control the leads, and how can I know for sure the professional did or did not close the deal???

Do you guys know any tips, advices to give me??

    The only way is really to charge by the lead not by the sale.

    If not you can't really know for sure what's going on can you?

      nice. Hey Maxwell, how much would you guys charge ?? I understand it may vary from country to country, but in dollars, how much would you charge for leads?

    Either charge by the lead or rent out site monthly... if you put your own phone number into the ad then have that number forwarded you can control where number is forwarded to and can show how many calls were actually forwarded. There is a lead generation service like Sericemagic that you can look at to find out what they are charging. They sell the same ones to several people so you can at least double their prices to sell them exclusives. Now start getting some more sites made and ranked.

    Getting a percent of the sales is only going to tempt the business owner to shave off a few here and there. Don't do it.

    I'm not saying that all of these business owners are going to try to rip you off, most will not, but a few will try. That is when you will be back here asking for help on how to collect from a business that is hosing you on your work.

    Make it easy on yourself and charge for each lead that you generate and get payment information before you even start giving them leads. That way you can send them an invoice and just charge their credit card or print out a check and take it to the bank.
