Google Places Scout or GScraper?

I am looking for the best software out there for my cold calling, direct mail, email prospecting efforts.

My focus is primarily selling Google Places, with a Reputation Marketing system as a value add, helping businesses build a 5 star reputation as well.

Ideally I want to contact business owners in mass, incessantly, where I need the best software out there to enable maximum productivity.

Appreciate any thoughts you can share regarding the two in the subject line, as they appear to be the leading softwares for Google Places.

    Are they subscription based or one-off payment?

    With all the changes google makes are they both eaqually good at updating the software?

    I read that Big G is now only showing one page of GP listings. If this is correct then I guess they would not be bale to pull as many records as they used to. ANy commnets on this?

    I am curious to have a look at all the mentioned softwares for business promotion. The trial version will at-least give me an idea of how to use it for better results.

    Power leads pro gets more email addresses if that matters to you, in comparison to Places Scout. Not sure if that matters to you.

    It will tell you who is already spending money on marketing.

    It will tell you who has and has not claimed their GP
    It will allow you to email them from within the software.... It's desktop based and a one off payment.

    As far as the other two... I have no experience... I have SBP, and have no need for any others.
