Who Has A Web Design Outsourcing Hero?

I have a huge need for someone to outsource webdesign work to. It's been very difficult to find people that aren't providing just average results. Please let us know if you have found a designer that can knock out amazing work at outsourcing rates.

    it depends on your "outsourcing rates" we have a designer that we pay $1,000 per month for a full 40 hours per week.

    We found him via a freelance site, depending on how many projects you'd like to outsource, we've always got room for him to take some work on.

      I can do very fresh and modern designs for fantastic prices. I own a marketing firm in Boston and have a team of designers. Local clients pay upwards of $300 for logos and $800 for websites but for you I could do:

      Logos, facebook layouts, twitter backgrounds, landing pages, web graphics, or anything else starting at $30. I know the online market is allot more froogle and for the level of quality you are getting I believe I have some of the best deals. PM me if you need more info. -James

    I would highly suggest finding a team or dedicated web outsourcing center and not one person if you have a lot of work. I'm not saying my team either because there are tons of talented web design teams on the warrior forum.

    When I was doing everything for myself back in the US I had a ton of trouble finding a reliable person to outsource my work for. Which is why I created my own team when I got to the Philippines.

    Most Freelancers take on to much work at one time and then can't deliver. They may actually be amazing designers, but once they get slammed with work they can't handle, their work becomes just mediocre.

    If you do decide to go the freelancer route make sure you're clear and upfront about what you need done. If you're paying them for 40hrs a week make sure they provide you with daily reports of what they achieved for the day.

    I always tell people if you were only getting $500 a month and had to work 40 hours a week and another opportunity came along to make more on the side would you take it?

    When you find a dedicated team or web development outsourcing center you usually have a project manager or the owner who makes sure the work gets done.

    If you decide to go the freelancer route(philippines to be exact) pm me and I can point you in the right direction of how to find a good VA.

    The key is to understand the cultural differences and how to communicate properly with the VA.

    88crxsi, I tried this route but honestly it was another job trying to recruit,manage,etc...that's why Ive found it easier to just outsource each website on a flat fee which is what i do right now.

    i would think having a team of designers is better for high volume web design firms. i hope to get to this level one day

      It depends on your needs. Most outsourcing centers go for the monthly rates which I'm not a big fan of. I offer both because some people need flat rates like you, why others are moving volume and want a full time VA.

      For some bigger web design companies just having full time VA's can be a problem because they have to manage them and make sure the work is getting done. That's where the outsourcing centers come in. They manage the employees and make sure the works getting done.

      By the way just keep working towards your goal and that one day will come
