    I'd hire an outsourced VP Sales to recruit, train and manage commission only sales reps (A specific guy that I will keep anonymous here). He charges 5k per month retainer and has built multimillion dollar sales teams.

    I'd have him recruit a team to sell comprehensive marketing packages costing between 3k-5k per month to lawyers in big cities. The package would include SMO, SEM, SEO, Local SEO and a new website.
