Best Direct Mail Campaign Software?

Hi guys, what kind of software are you using to manage your direct mail campaigns? I used to use Jeff Paul's Instant Profits software, until I changed computers and it needs a new product key but the websites and program no longer seem to exist?

I also have a little program called Direct Response Marketing Software which is great but I only ever found a trial version, no idea if it's possible to upgrade?

All I want to do is effectively manage offline leads, and be reminded of when I have to send them the next letter/postcard.

I think infusionsoft is what most people use. Haven't yet used the program
But I've hear good things about it.

Personally I do not recommend software ... but one that works well is Interspire email marketing software

No, I mean Direct Mail, paper-and-ink, snail mail. I have discovered a few CRMs which allow marketing campaigns where you can schedule certain tasks to be due on certain dates, such as letter 1, letter 2, letter 3 etc, but what I want and what any snail mailer needs is to be able to set those letters a certain period apart, say letter 2 has to be sent 15 days after letter one, I don't want to calculate and enter each due date manually every time I add a contact. Jeff Pauls software does this but seems buggy, support are now either pumping gas or flipping burgers and all other options seem to cater well for email marketing, but not direct mail. Help!

I presume you need an autoresponder for email marketing etc.? The best ones I know are Aweber and GetResponse.

Sorry, misread your post. Have you considered using either Microsoft Office (pricey) or OpenOffice (FREE). Both are very similar and both have the facilities to produce marketing campaigns.
